Boone County Communications/Marketing Support

Boone County Fiscal Court is seeking qualified marketing/communications agencies to provide on-going and as needed support. More than one agency may be selected for a contract term from July 1, 2025-June 30, 2026. This is a contract that will not exceed $40,000/annually. Boone County reserves the right to procure these services for larger individual communication campaigns outside the scope of day-to-day communications support included in this contract. Types of Services Social media strategy and management, including developing campaigns, reels, stories, and posts for Facebook, Instagram and X. Website writing, including pages for the County’s website and articles featured in the news section Media relations Event promotions Videos Photography Direct mail campaigns, such as an annual report, postcards, etc Digital advertising Any and all marketing/communications efforts in support of the Fiscal Court, County and its departments
