(1) Vendor needs to provide fundraising strategy consultant service. – Professional fundraising strategy consulting services to support the agency.– Conduct donor and prospect research, identifying and engaging prospective donors, leveraging philanthropic, institutional, and private donor networks, advising on donor cultivation and solicitation strategies, and preparing or updating donor briefing and fundraising materials. – Develop and implement practical systems to track donor identification, cultivation, outreach, and fundraising progress, building and managing dashboards that can be shared with program leadership, prepare regular progress reports and revenue forecasts, recommend refinements to the fundraising strategy and ensure compliance with applicable fundraising and financial regulations in relevant jurisdictions. • Conduct donor and prospect research. • Leverage knowledge of philanthropic, institutional, and private funding landscapes, along with relevant professional to identify, qualify, and engage prospective donors, aligned with agency’s goals, while developing and managing strategic donor relationships on behalf of the agency.• Update and prepare new briefing and fundraising materials (including a general donor brief, general factsheet, pitch slides, and frequently asked questions) to support engagement with donor prospects.• Develop and implement tracking systems for donor identification and cultivation.• Prepare fundraising progress reports, revenue forecasts, and pipeline analyses to identify gaps and recommend refinements to the fundraising strategy as needed.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 30, 2026.
