EQU-18781 - USA (Tempe, Arizona) - Technical Devices Installation Services - Deadline July 29,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide technical devices installation services to the government authority located in Tempe, AZ.• This includes configuring systems for compatibility with existing vehicle infrastructure, performing testing to confirm proper operation, and providing basic training to city personnel on system use and troubleshooting.• The contractor shall identify and assess hardware and software issues, perform diagnostic testing to determine root causes, provide recommendations for repair, replacement or upgrade of faulty components and document all troubleshooting activities and findings.• The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of technology equipment in city vehicles and equipment. This may include mobile data terminals (MDTs), tablets, GPS tracking systems, telematics systems, two–way radio communication systems, in–vehicle and external camera systems, and other electronic or communication devices as required.(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 15, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
