(1) Vendor needs to provide energy savings performance contract services to modernize its water infrastructure, reduce energy and water costs, and enhance operational resilience to the government authority located in Lihu, HI.1. Conduct a Project Approach to identify potential Facility Improvement Measures (FIMs).2. Develop a comprehensive project scope and financing plan3. Perform Investment Grade Audits (IGAs) to validate savings projections and finalize the list, 4. Design and implement approved improvements, ensuring compliance with all applicable codes and standards.5. Commission all installed systems and conduct Measurement & Verification (M&V) to ensure guaranteed savings are achieved.(2) A site visit and conference will be held on August 3,2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than August 10, 2026.(4) A contract term will be for one year.
