(1) Vendor needs to provide consulting general contractor services to the government authority located in Siskiyou, CA.– Meet regularly (at least monthly) with the Development Team to coordinate design and construction of the Project.– Review architectural documents and drawings in consultation with the Development Team to assist in making design decisions for the Project.– Conceptual Drawings– Schematic Design Drawings– Design Development Drawings– Building Permit Drawings(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 11, 2026.
