(1) Vendor needs to provide engineering design services to the government authority located in Peachtree Corners, GA.– Community desires that the consultant have the ability to provide, either with its own forces or through a sub–consultant team member, comprehensive services necessary to fulfil all preliminary engineering services which may arise during the project cycle.– Preliminary engineering:– Prepare project description and project justification statement.– Create environmental survey boundary map.– Draft property owner notification letter and distribution list.– Prepare cultural resources early coordination letter.– Fieldwork:– Complete land survey.– Complete ecologist resources survey report.– Conduct necessary public outreach and involvement.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 30, 2026.
