(1) Vendor needs to provide SCADA system migration services.– Provide SCADA System Migration Services for the migration of the agency existing legacy BIF Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system to the Ignition SCADA Platform by Inductive Automation.– Furnish all engineering, programming, configuration, integration, testing, commissioning, training, documentation, and related professional services necessary to successfully migrate the agency existing SCADA system while maintaining operational continuity.– Project includes migration of approximately 1,200 SCADA tags, approximately 20 operator HMI screens, historical data migration, relocation of legacy control logic to PLCs where required, system testing, startup assistance, and operator training.
