Architect Design for Public Works Facilities

'Project Description Phase One create architect design drawings for building A, B and C: Architect to perform preconstruction services and develop with Owner’s input pricing-level design documents and information such that the Architect can prepare and provide the necessary documents for Phase two preparation for Request for Bid (RFB) scope for Construction phase. Please note that Phase two is part of the objective of this bid document and will be referring to the preparation of the RFB scope for the construction phase.
