(1) Vendor needs to provide website assessment and digital strategy roadmap service using content management system.– A comprehensive website assessment and deliver a strategic digital roadmap that will inform the next phase of the agency digital transformation to promote strategic enrollment growth.– Web pages; web applications; social media; videos; audio; animations; documents; and other content accessible through a web browser or mobile device, including content provided ormade available through contractual, licensing, or other arrangements.– Evaluate CMS implementation, including usability, scalability, and suitability of the current CMS platform to meet the overall goals of the institution.– Assess Search Engine Optimization (SEO), GEO, and web analytics performance to identify issues affecting visibility and discoverability.– Develop a strategic roadmap that outlines short, medium, and long–term recommendations for future website enhancements, CMS platforms or redesign.– Discovery and Stakeholder Alignment– Research, Audits and Analysis– SEO/GEO and Analytics Audit(2) A mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on September 16, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
