INSU-6312 - USA (Clermont, Florida) - Liability Actuarial Valuation Services - Deadline August 18,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide liability actuarial valuation services to the government authority located in Clermont, FL.– Review information provided by the city, including employee census data, retiree information, health plan information, premium rates, benefit provisions, and any prior valuation reports.– Evaluate the city’s retiree health benefit structure, including applicable medical, dental, prescription drug, and related health benefit coverage.– Develop actuarial assumptions and methods appropriate for the valuation, including demographic, economic, healthcare cost trend, discount rate, mortality, retirement, turnover, and participation assumptions, as applicable.– Prepare a final written actuarial valuation report suitable for inclusion in the city’s annual financial reporting and audit process.– Coordinate with city staff and the city’s external auditors as needed to respond to questions, clarify valuation results, and support audit review.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 14, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
