(1) Vendor needs to provide web–based fire alarm inspection and reporting platform. • Provide a web–based application that enables electronic submission of fire protection system inspection reports, with the goal of streamlining compliance reporting and improving communication between the Fire Department, Inspection, Testing, and Maintenance Service (ITMS) companies, and property owners.• Provide a secure cloud environment accessible 24/7/365, with real–time data, backup and retention capabilities, and the ability to generate and send notices to property owners.• The system should allow 3rd–Party contractors to inspect and file fire and life safety systems reports within the jurisdiction through an internet/cloud–based system.• The system is intended to reduce the personnel time required of agency members necessary to administer and monitor fire code required reports, this reduction in time will allow staff to focus more of their efforts on improving the safety of our community through the enhancement of our community risk reduction strategies.• The proposed system must have the ability to integrate with the agency’s existing records management system, which is administered through the agency platform.• Provide comprehensive, cloud–based software solutions to support the mission of the agency relating to fire prevention, code enforcement and commercial systems testing.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 2, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for three years.
