Goshen Fire Station Roof Replacement

The intent of this Invitation to Bid is to procure the services of a reputable Commercial Roofing Contractor to provide the Town of Waterford with the services of installing new flat roofing system at 63 Goshen Road , Waterford, CT 06385 Fire House. Please submit Schedule of Values The Town of Waterford expects that all Commercial Roofing Contractors submitting a bid are familiar with the type of roof service that is being requested, possess the staff, knowledge, tools, and equipment necessary to perform the services requested in this Invitation to Bid per Connecticut Building Code standards. SCOPE OF WORK The Town of Waterford is looking for a qualified roofing contractor to complete " the flat roofing 2/3 of roof ONLY " at Town of Waterford Goshen Fire Station (Company 3). The selected firm for this contract shall be, qualified roofing contractors versed in the installation metal roofing panels , Ketone Ethylene Ester Roofing (KEE). Rated for high winds and storms per Connecticut Building Code standards. · Remove all loose debris from the entire roof area · Inspect for any damaged decking or framing · Develop all required documentation and drawings to procure permit, and schedule all necessary inspections with Town of Waterford Building Department · Remove existing gutters and salvage for reinstallation · Clean-up work areas upon completion · Load and haul off job related debris
