On behalf of the Office of Financial Empowerment, the City of Pittsburgh, Office of Management and Budget is soliciting proposals for up to two qualified and experienced Financial Counseling Providers. Our goal is to deliver comprehensive financial counseling services to city residents. The City recognizes the importance of promoting financial well-being and believes that providing access to professional financial counseling can significantly enhance financial education and overall financial health. Our intention is to ensure that all City of Pittsburgh residents feel safe, welcome, and have the tools to thrive.
