CASE-1820 - USA (San Francisco, California) - Residential Non-Medical Case Management Services - Deadline December 16,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide residential non–medical case management services to the government authority located in San Francisco, CA.– Provide residential non–medical case management services for low–income agency residents living with human immunodeficiency virus. – Proposers must dedicate beds in a residential setting to clients served under this solicitation.– The goal of these services is to help clients maintain stable housing and get timely access to, and remain engaged.– Non–medical case management in residential settings is delivered by community–based organizations within their own residential programs and is not work routinely performed by City employees.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 24, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for five years. (4) Pre–grant proposal conference will be held on November 17, 2026.
