(1) Vendor needs to provide city arts program services.– Project is completed, the consultant will hand off a ready–to–go new public arts program to a city staff employee.– The role of this arts council will be to serve as an independent, centralized body that can coordinate, manage, and act as a public liaison for the City’s broad public arts infrastructure.– Conduct focused engagement opportunities identified in the Arts Council Feasibility Study’s recommendations based on respondent information and available census data. – Include discussions/meetings with public art program and arts council staff located in peer cities for deeper advice and insights into best practices, policies, procedures, etc. – Translate all of this focused outreach and research to conduct all appropriate work that is required to complete the deliverables and enable city management to stand–up a fully functional public art program at the completion of the project.
