ESTATE-11806 - USA (Sussex, Delaware) - Real Property Reassessment Service - Deadline September 16,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide real property reassessment service to the government authority located in Sussex, DE.– The reassessment shall primarily be conducted through a desktop review process utilizing availabledigital resources, property data, geographic information systems (GIS), aerial imagery, oblique imagery, building permit data, prior assessment records, sales verification data, and other available electronic records– The Contractor shall provide a detailed explanation of the proposed desktop review methodology,including technologies, workflows, quality control procedures, and the criteria utilized to determinewhen field inspections are necessary– The reassessment shall:– Establish fair and equitable market values;– Utilize accepted mass appraisal practices;– Comply with applicable laws and professional standards;– Utilize a desktop review–based reassessment methodology;– Minimize unnecessary field inspections;– Support long–term cyclical reassessment maintenance(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 17, 2026
