(1) Vendor needs to provide inflow and infiltration program service to the government authority located in Delaware, PA.  – Inflow and infiltration abatement improvements on borough–owned sewer collection piping and manholes within the municipal limit as part of their annual abatement program.– Maintenance and protection of traffic – Bypass piping and pumping – Pre–inspection video – Cleaning obstructions – Lining – Post–inspection video(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 16, 2026.
