(1) Vendor needs to provide Ad Hoc technical guidance and support services to the government authority located in White Plains, NY.– Provide ad hoc technical guidance and support services for the agency and end–user computing environment.– provide part–time, ad hoc technical guidance and support at the direction of the County.– Services may include:•Troubleshooting and remediation of Citrix and related end–user computing issues.•Technical guidance regarding Citrix infrastructure, application and desktop delivery,provisioning, user profiles, policies, access, and authentication.•Review of infrastructure and security configurations to identify risks, vulnerabilities, areasrequiring optimization, and recommended remediation measures.•Review of reporting, monitoring, and alerting methods.•Assistance with Citrix and related end–user computing software upgrades, subject to vendorsupport requirements and the County’s change–management procedures.•Assistance configuring and supporting monitoring solutions used for the County’s end–usercomputing environment.•Implementation assistance for remediation measures approved by the County.•Knowledge transfer and consultation with County technical personnel.•Other closely related Citrix and end–user computing support services requested by theCounty.– Provide reasonable remote access, available documentation, necessary credentials, and access to appropriate technical personnel for approved assignments.(2) The contract period will be for three years.
