(1) Vendor needs to provide economic development services to the government authority located in Westford, MA.– consultant with expertise and experience working on economic development initiatives to develop, coordinate and implement strategies for attracting and retaining a vibrant commercial base– Help to strategically position town to compete regionally by assisting the town to advance economic development activities by shaping short–term strategies and goals, using the town’s strategic plan as a guide, as well as to maintain, and analyze data reflecting the effectiveness of town activities and promotions– Consultant to focus on over the course of the upcoming fiscal year.– These areas include:• Social Media Program Development and Strategy• Market Study, Analytics and Incentive Programs• Events and Marketing• Training and Capacity Building(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 2, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
