(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Great Mills, MD.– Provide all labor, cleaning supplies, and equipment necessary to perform the work. – Ensure all cleaning products used are environmentally safe and appropriate for office use. – Properly train all staff and ensure professional conduct while on premises.– Maintain security of the premises by ensuring doors are locked and lights turned off when leaving. – All trash shall be collected, bagged, and deposited in designated receptacles outside the building. – Contractor shall provide a monthly service report summarizing work performed, complaints received, and corrective actions taken. (2) The contract period will be for one year.
