Change Order Notice PO25-040 DCFS Title IV Assistance TP

DCFS is executing an economic adjustment clause in the Title IV contract. This is a contractual mechanism that allows the agreed contract price to increase. The contract language for the Title IV-E Eligibility Assistance contract section 2.4. Economic Adjustment provides the process for requesting a rate increase by position which is the lesser of 2.5% or the Consumer Price Index, calculated as the percentage change in CPI-W from July 1 of the preceding fiscal year to July 1 of the fiscal year.
