(1) Vendor needs to provide utilities billing customer information system.– Utility billing software and Customer Information System that will meet all core functions.– Software must integrate all aspects of our utility services including customer account management, billing and collections, meter reading systems and software, asset and work order management software, and customer payment and portal systems.– vendor will assume responsibility for leading the implementation of the software solution in partnership with an Augusta appointed project manager, including any data conversion that may be required to transition from the current software.– Proposed software that includes the following information:– Software version currently used.– Database platform.– Financial systems to which interfaced.– Work Asset Management system to which interfaced.– GIS system to which interfaced.– Tax system to which interfaced.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 12, 2026.(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on August 10, 2026.
