The Office of Community Empowerment and Opportunity is seeking a new Customer Relationship Management (CRM)/outreach platform to collect and analyze residential data for our community-based outreach. The Office seeks to implement a state-of-the-art Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Outreach System that meets all current requirements outlined in the RFP. The proposed solution should be user-friendly, easy to maintain, and designed to support cost-effective upgrades and expansion as the City's needs evolve, including additional functionality and increased processing capacity.
