EXTRA-78836 - USA (Houston, Texas) - Corridor Plan Service - Deadline December 11,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide corridor plan service to the government authority located in Houston, TX.– Key activities will include: • Traffic and crash analyses • Roadway and intersection assessments • Travel demand forecasting • Stakeholder and public engagement • Environmental and right–of–way screening • Development of short, mid, and long–term transportation improvement alternatives • Prepare an agency describing the overall approach and methodology for completing the corridor planning study. – Project Administration • Conduct activities as detailed within the PMP (Project Management Plan). • Progress reports, and updated project schedules must be submitted to agency Project Manager monthly and are required whether or not the Contractor submits an invoice for that month. • Monthly progress reports will include a summary of: Activities, ongoing or completed, during the reporting period o Activities planned for the following month o Problems encountered and remedial actions taken (2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 16, 2026.
