(1) Vendor needs to provide technical support services to the government authority located in Lansing, MI. – Provide for time and material technical support services to augment their staff in the following roles: Sr. IT Project Manager; Organization Change Manager; Integration Analyst; Business Analyst; Web Developer; Database Developer; Quality Assurance Specialist or Tester; Network Administrator; System Administrator, Database Administrator, and Technical Writer.– Senior IT Project Manager:• Primary responsibility of the IT project manager is to manage multiple complex utility–management system implementation projects.• Projects include the replacement and implementation of two or more of the following systems: Geographic Information System (GIS), Advanced Distribution Management System (ADMS), Enterprise Service Bus (ESB), Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI), Asset Management System (AMS) and Customer Information System (CIS).– Organizational Change Manager:• Primary responsibilities of the Organizational Change Manager (OCM) will be to lead the development and execution of business organization and change management strategies and plans related to the implementation of new utility–management and business systems by increasing employee understanding, adoption and engagement.– Integration Analyst:• Responsibilities of the integration analyst are planning, coordinating, and managing the assimilation of new software applications or programs or customizations into existing computer systems.– Web Developer:• Responsibilities of a web developer are creating web applications and delivering the technical functionality of websites.  – Database Developer:• Responsibilities of the database developer are producing and designing detailed data models of Oracle and Microsoft SQL databases, including all necessary logical and physical design elements.   – Technical Writer:• Responsibilities of the technical writer are writing and updating technical documentation and training material.   (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 31, 2026.
