(1) Vendor needs to provide fire alarm upgrades services to the government authority located in Norfolk, VA.– Provide replace the building’s fire alarm system in entirety.– New addressable simplex fire alarm system with a simplex and digital audio controller.– Addressable speaker or visuals and addressable notification throughout, alert faceplate.– Sprinkler monitoring.– Fire alarm cable procurement and installation by purchaser by purchaser.– All required conduit, raceways, back boxes and 120vac by purchaser.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 15, 2026.(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on October 8, 2026.
