The City of Hayward Code Enforcement Division is seeking an experienced and qualified contractor/consultant/professional(s) who is specially trained, experienced, and competent to perform the special Administrative Hearing Examiner services in appeals filed by persons who have received including but not limited to: Administrative Citations, Community Preservation Violation Notices, Rental Housing Violation Notices and/or Lien/Special Assessment Notices and Parking Citations pursuant to Vehicle Code section 40215 and the Hayward Municipal Code(s) in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in this Request for Proposals (RFP).
