(1) Vendor needs to provide architectural and engineering services to the government authority located in Linden, NJ. • Conducting facility assessments, physical needs assessments, feasibility studies, site evaluations, building condition assessments, system evaluations, and other investigations necessary to determine project requirements.• Preparing preliminary designs, conceptual plans, schematic designs, design development documents, construction documents, and other design–related materials.• Providing construction administration, project management, construction observation, inspection, and project oversight services.• Mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.• Landscape architecture.• Civil engineering.• Structural engineering.• Mechanical engineering.• Electrical engineering.• Plumbing engineering.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 08, 2026.
