LEGAL-18063 - USA (Evanston, Illinois) - Special Ethics Counsel Service - Deadline October 27,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide special ethics counsel service to the government authority located in Evanston, IL. – Counsel will act as general, independent Counsel to the Ethics Board, investigate complaints, prosecute ethics code violations, and/or defend the board in appeals of its decisions.– Counsel should be able to demonstrate expertise in municipal, tribal, state, or federal .ethics laws, administrative law, and open meetings acts. – In addition, Counsel should have experience handling sensitive government investigations.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 12, 2026.(3) The contract period will be one year.
