CONS-22719 - USA (Oklahoma) - Passenger Boarding Bridges Inspection, Maintenance and Repair Services - Deadline September 9,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide passenger boarding bridges inspection, maintenance and repair services to the government authority located in OK. – Provide comprehensive maintenance and repair services for agency–owned Passenger Boarding Bridges (PBB).  – This includes furnishing all necessary labor, supervision, materials, replacement parts, tools, supplies, lubricants, equipment, and any other required incidentals.– Perform all preventive maintenance and inspection tasks exactly as prescribed in the current maintenance manuals, service bulletins, drawings, and technical documentation.– Services include quarterly, semi–annual, and annual inspections for all mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, structural and agency–based control systems.• Systems to be inspected and serviced:– Mechanical systems: structure, bogies, rotunda, tunnels, drive systems.– Electrical and safety systems: wiring, sensors, interlocks, alarms.– Hydraulic and pneumatic systems: actuators, lines, valves.– PLC and control systems: diagnostics, calibration, software checks.– Docking, leveling, and cabin elevation system and performance.– HVAC systems (if applicable).– Cleaning and visual inspections of all accessible components of the above systems.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 20, 2026. (3) Non–mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on August 8, 2026.
