The process involves interactive industry days, white paper submissions, and one–on–one sessions to define requirements and create an executable acquisition roadmap.Establish Early Collaboration: Build an open, ongoing dialogue between the Department of Army and all industry partners to leverage market innovations before finalizing formal requirements.Modernize Acquisition Models: Shift from slow, traditional defense procurement to agile contracting methods that can rapidly adapt to emerging technological trends.Inform the POM FY30 Cycle: Gather data–driven insights from industry`s capabilities to shape the Army`s strategic programming and budgeting for the Fiscal Year 2030 cycle.Enhance Fleet Capability: Focus development efforts on creating light and medium–duty vehicle fleets that prioritize: operational flexibility in multi–domain conflicts survivability, and long term sustainability.Co–Develop a Strategic Roadmap: Use a structured processincluding interactive industry days, white paper submissions, and focused one–on–one sessions to help guide and develop acquisition strategies for requirements moving forward.
