(1) Vendor needs to provide website management, maintenance, development and digital services using CMS. – Provide website management, maintenance, development, digital support, analytics, reporting, accessibility, privacy and security support, SEO/AEO/GEO support, governance, integrations, and related digital services for all existing agency website properties and digital experiences. – Design, development, updating, maintenance, and optimization of website pages, landing pages, microsites, digital assets, and related content as requested by the agency.– Front–end and CMS–related development support, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, responsive design, and other coding functionality necessary to maintain and optimize website performance. – Strategic recommendations to improve usability, accessibility, patient engagement, search performance, and the overall user experience based on analytics, industry best practices, and emerging digital trends.– Support for third–party platform and enterprise–system integrations, including appointment scheduling systems, CRM platforms, analytics tools, forms, APIs, EMR–related integrations, search functionality, and other agency–approved technologies.– Website performance optimization, including page speed optimization, mobile responsiveness, core web vitals, image optimization, and browser compatibility.– Ongoing quality assurance (QA) testing across devices, browsers, operating systems, and accessibility technologies prior to production deployment.– Management or support of domain registrations, DNS configurations, SSL certificates, related renewals, hosting environments, deployment workflows, and technical configurations as assigned by the agency.  – SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) support, including metadata management, structured content optimization, schema markup, and search indexing support.– Website security support, including security monitoring, vulnerability assessments, malware scanning, and remediation support as needed.– Content governance support, including navigation structure, metadata standards, URL governance, redirects, and content lifecycle management.– Multilingual website functionality and translation workflow support, where required by the agency.– After–hours support for critical website outages, cybersecurity incidents, and emergency communication needs. – Documentation related to integrations, tracking codes, hosting environments, SSL certificates, workflows, and technical configurations associated with agency website properties.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 13, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for three years. (4) Pre–bid conference will be held on August 11, 2026.
