(1) Vendor needs to provide living environment services to the government authority located in Oroville, CA.– Provide a clean, safe, and sober living environment for male and female residents that meets the requirements.– Housing requirements:– A bed for each Resident with clean linens, a pillow, and a blanket.– Water and electrical service.– On–site free shower and restroom facilities with the following:– Toilet paper, soap, and shampoo.– A clean towel, toothbrush, toothpaste, and deodorant for each resident.– On–site free laundry facilities with detergent.– Heating and air conditioning.– Garbage collection service.– Operational requirements:– Awarded respondent shall implement curfews and resident accountability procedures, including sign–in and sign–out logs.– Resident use or possession of drugs or alcohol is strictly prohibited.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 31, 2026.
