(1) Vendor needs to provide housing and residence life cleaning services to the government authority located in Georgia.– Wet mop, machine polish, spray buff.– Wash and clean interior and exterior.– Empty and replace trash liner.– Sweep mop and disinfect floors.– Remove litter from tables and chairs, empty waste receptacles, dust furniture.– Carpeted: Vacuum, shampoo using extraction method Hard Surface: Sweep, strip, scrub and rewax.– Clean and disinfect light covers and area below lights Wash and clean completely.– Stalls – thoroughly cleaned, disinfected and sanitized.– Clean all bathrooms, lounges and public areas.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
