SW-118126 - USA (Maryland) - Datadog Subscription Service - Deadline September 14,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide data dog subscription service.– The vendor shall provide the following subscription of Datadog for a 12–month (September 30, 2026 – September 29, 2027) period. – Included as part of this subscription will be Standard GovCloud Support to be provided directly by Datadog.– Full–stack infrastructure monitoring per host running in Datadog's agency High GovCloud (US1–FED) environment.– Includes Watchdog for Infrastructure, Anomaly Detection, Forecast Monitoring, and Live Processes, plus an allotment of 5 containers, 100 custom metrics, and 500 custom events per host.– Application Performance Monitoring and distributed tracing per APM host in the FedRAMP High GovCloud environment, including expanded indexed span retention for deeper trace analysis and troubleshooting.– Log events indexed and made searchable in Datadog for a 30–day retention window, billed per million indexed events, hosted in the FedRAMP High GovCloud environment.– Raw log volume ingested into the Datadog Log Management pipeline prior to indexing, billed per GB, processed and stored in the FedRAMP High GovCloud environment.– Real User Monitoring core session tracking for web/mobile applications (page views, resource loads, frontend errors), billed per 1,000 sessions sent to Datadog, in the FedRAMP High GovCloud environment.– Real User Monitoring detailed session–level investigation and analytics for deeper troubleshooting of user journeys, billed per 1,000 sessions retained, in the FedRAMP High GovCloud environment.
