(1) Vendor needs to provide enterprise atlassian software. • Procure and maintain the required Atlassian software licenses (Jira Software, Confluence) for organizations.• Successfully implement, configure, and onboard the PMO, ARTS, and HR teams onto the enterprise platform.• Provide expert data migration support for all onboarding user groups.• Deliver comprehensive, role–based user training to ensure successful adoption.• Provide a flexible mechanism for ongoing technical support, minor enhancements, and refresher training for all user groups throughout the life of the contract.
