CLEANING-13148 - USA (Topeka, Kansas) - Janitorial Services - Deadline August 25,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Topeka, KS.– Empty all inside and outside wastebaskets into outside trash dumpster. – Dust all furniture, desks, chairs, office machines, etc. – Clean and sanitize all desks, tables, and counter tops. – Clean and sanitize drinking fountains. – Spot clean lobby, and entrance glass, all interior glass (partitions and doors). – Wash all wastebaskets. – Remove dust and cobwebs from ceiling area. – High dust above 70” all horizontal surfaces including moldings, pipes, ledges, ducts, and heating outlets. – Clean and polish furniture including desks, chairs, cabinets, tables, etc. and vacuum clean all exposed cubicle/partitions walls. – Remove spots, stains, and marks to a height of 70” on walls. – Clean light diffusers and surrounding area. (2) A Mandatory Pre–Bid meeting will be held on July 28, 2026. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 31, 2026.
