Vendor needs to provide phone and circuit services to the government authority located in Buchanan, GA.• Provide a dedicated circuit for voice traffic outside of existing fiber, for which the existing fiber circuit will be used for redundancy.• Must include any and all devices required to terminate dedicated primary circuit.• Have redundancy plan in place with documentation.• Provide plan and system to manage call flows.• Must be capable of preparing customer service record and local service request for phone–number ports.• Must work with IT provider to configure routers and switches for voice and data network presently consisting of at least 13 VLANs.• Must include CPE for quality control and traffic prioritization.• Must be able to support existing handsets or provide a creative solution.• Provide ATA devices for continued use of existing analog fax machine.• Auto attendant for multiple departments.
