(1) Vendor needs to provide human resource information system.• Agency is looking for its HR systems to provide: – A modern, intuitive and easy to use system that will provide the single source of truth for employee data across the organisation. – Efficiencies for the HR team, allowing them to focus on value–add rather than administrative work. – Tools that will encourage and support managers and employees to leverage self–service capabilities. – A holistic system that can connect core HR data, performance, development and compensation to provide a positive experience for both managers and employees. • Data Protection – As part of your proposal, please provide security and data protection evidence, including but not limited to: – hosting location; – sub–processors; – data transfer safeguards; – encryption; – access controls; – audit logs; – penetration testing; – breach notification; – data retention/deletion approach; – A–I/data usage controls; – business continuity and disaster recovery.
