(1) Vendor needs to provide campground host services for the 2027 camping season, running approximately mid–May through mid–October. – Responsible for the management, operation, marketing, reservation administration, routine maintenance, and campground hosting services– Serve as the primary campground host and operator throughout the operating seasonMaintain a regular and visible presence at the campground and be reasonably available to campers during established operating hours.• Provide friendly, professional, and responsive customer service to campground guests and visitors.• Manage camper check–in and check–out procedures.– provide and administer a reliable reservation system capable of accommodating, at a minimum:• Online reservations.• Telephone reservations.• Email inquiries.– Marketing and Promotion• Social media promotion.• Regional tourism and recreation partnerships.• Listings in appropriate recreation, camping, and tourism publications and websites.• Printed or digital promotional materials(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 1, 2026.
