Midlands Townhomes Stream Bank Stabilization Project

Stream channel reconstruction and bank stabilization between Kelley Court and Bernadette Lane on private property. Work shall include clearing, tree removal, debris removal, grading, excavation and temporary shoring. Additional items include, but are not limited to, traffic control, curb, gutter and sidewalk removal, paving and striping, erosion control and soil stabilization, planting, seeding, mulching, restoration of existing roadway and residential infrastructure, and other related items.
