DRA-11417 - USA (East Boston, Massachusetts) - Underground Utilities Data Improvements, Data Conversion, and Data Collection Services - Deadline October 15,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide underground utilities data improvements, data conversion, and data collection services to the government authority located in East Boston, MA. – Consultant is expected to perform utility data collection services including the identification, location, and documentation of above–ground and subsurface utility assets using industry–standard methods such as, and electromagnetic locating.– Consultant is expected to establish and maintain survey control in accordance with Massport and national standards, including integration with and networks.– Consultant is expected to verify, correct, and augment existing utility data provided by Massport, ensuring alignment with enterprise geodatabase requirements.– Consultant is expected to collect detailed utility attributes including type, size, material, condition, operational status, ownership, and installation data.– Consultant is expected to perform condition assessments of utility infrastructure using visual inspection and camera–based technologies such as CCTV, and coordinate with subject matter experts as required.– Consultant is expected to collect and manage metadata associated with all data collection activities, including methods, equipment used, quality levels, and collection dates.– Consultant is expected to perform detailed investigations within structures such as manholes, vaults, and utility access points, including capturing geometry, invert elevations, and asset connectivity.– Consultant is expected to produce and deliver high–quality geospatial data in compliance with Massport GIS and CAD standards, including AutoCAD (DWG) and ESRI Geodatabase (GDB) formats.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 14, 2026.(3) Virtual consultant briefing will be held on September 9, 2026.
