(1) Vendor needs to provide training management system.– Implement a centralized, scalable, and secure training management system (TMS) to support the operational, administrative, and reporting needs of IT training.– Solution will automate core training functions including course scheduling, registration, learner communications, attendance tracking, certificate generation, reporting, and workflow management.– Automates pre– and post–course communications and workflows.– Enhances visibility into attendance, participation, and learner engagement.– Automated enrollment from the waitlist when seats become available.– Facilitator assignment based on availability.– Role–based access control with support for multiple administrator roles.– Ability to integrate with institutional reporting and data warehouse environments through APIs, flat–file exports, or scheduled data feeds.– Support for attachments and embedded survey links in emails.– Ability to customize email templates, sender information, branding, and notification triggers.– Persistent learner profiles with training history, certifications, upcoming enrollments, and integration to the institutional data warehouse.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 8, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
