(1) Vendor needs to provide employee population health management program services to the government authority located in Ohio.– Provide a smooth transition of administrative services, eligibility, individualized biometric data, health risk assessment (HRA) data and enrollment program participation history from the current contractor.– Provide to complete the Work:  – Excellent customer service– Simplification of administration and integration of services– High–quality services at a competitive price – Integrate and share specified data with multiple TPAs and the Agency’s data warehouse– Strategic account management team that proactively suggests solutions and regularly communicates with the Agency– Transparency within the entire organization openly disclosing the way the Contractor conducts its business(2) The contract period will be for one year.
