CSE-24051 - USA (Passaic, New Jersey) - Unarmed Security Guard Services - Deadline July 23,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide unarmed security guard services to the government authority located in Passaic, NJ.• The work of this section shall include all security functions under the direction of the Non–public School’s Director and his/her designee, which are included in these specifications, and in accordance with all rules and regulations of the municipality and all other authorities having jurisdiction.• Primary Role of Security Services– The overall primary purposes of the security program are to prohibit unauthorized persons from entering the school building and to maintain a safe environment around the school.• Trained, professional, uniformed security is required for assignment on a regular basis at the nonpublic school or designated venue. In the event of special needs or emergencies, security staff may be assigned to other locations, or additional staff added at the same contractual rate per hour as the needs of the nonpublic school may require.• The contractor must be prepared to increase or decrease this number as nonpublic school needs and requirements change• Must provide Senior Management that is available 24–hours a day for conferral on contract issues• Must ensure all drivers of vehicles have a valid state of New Jersey driver's license with less than six (6) points of violation• Must pay all wages and expenses to their staff within the district at least semi–monthly• Must ensure all security staff is able to read, write, and speak English• Must provide training on legal restrictions of arrest, search and seizure, use of force, detection and reporting of fires, and the use of fire safety equipment(2) The contract period will be for two years.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 17, 2026
