(1) Vendor needs to provide structure securing and emergency victim services to the government authority located in OK.  • Structure securing services:– Deliver emergency board–up services consistent with best–practice industry standards.– Secure all structure openings to prevent unauthorized entry and weather intrusion.• Emergency victim services:– Deploy trained personnel to assist residents immediately after a fire.– Offer compassionate, trauma–informed communication and crisis guidance.– Provide referrals for shelters, temporary housing, and crisis–support resources.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 6,2026.
