(1) Vendor needs to provide rolls–royce maintenance and support service to the government authority located in Norfolk VA.– The proposal must include the items specified in the task order and, a discrepancy report containing, at a minimum, item name and part number, quantity, discrepancy/findings, corrective action and cost.– Provide Rolls–Royce factory trained personnel that have performed in–the–field troubleshooting as technical support to NOAA/AOC for T56–A–14 Series 3.5 engine repair on an “on–call“ basis. – Technical assistance either over the phone or at a designated shop shall be available 24 hours, 7 days per week, 365 days per year.
