(1) Vendor needs to provide towing and storage services to the government authority located in Lynwood, CA. – Provide all personnel, dispatch services, tow trucks, equipment, secure storage facilities, supervision and administrative support necessary to perform authorized vehicle towing and storage services.– Provide reliable towing and storage services on an as–needed basis; twenty–four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week, including weekends and holidays.– Removal of vehicles parked in violation of posted parking restrictions on city–owned or city–controlled properties.– Removal of vehicles violating overnight parking restrictions in city–owned or city–controlled parking lots.– Removal of unauthorized, abandoned, or inoperable vehicles when permitted by applicable law.– Towing services requested during routine parking enforcement operations.– Towing support for special events, parking enforcement operations, and other city–authorized activities or requests.– Towing of oversized vehicles.– Towing of vehicles that require compliance with biohazard regulations.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 12, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
