ACCT-27227 - USA (Passaic, New Jersey) - Fee Accounting and Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Services - Deadline November 20,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide fee accounting and low–income housing tax credit services to the government authority located in Passaic, NJ.– Provide financial and accounting services in accordance with the existing rules, orders, directions and regulations.– Assist in the preparation of monthly public housing financial reports.– Assist in preparing annual operating budget and required revisions including all schedules.– Assist in the preparation of the State operating budget introduced and approved budget.– Reviews processing transactions of various subsystems to ensure accuracy; e.g. cash receipts, payroll.– Consultant include the following that will be performed in accordance with all applicable state and local laws, exiting rules, orders, directives, regulations and handbooks promulgated by the internal revenue service.– Review the housing authority’s proposed rents against the tax credit rent to verify that the rental structure will be similar in cost to the residents.– Prepare financial pro–forma and advise the Housing Authority of any equity contributions necessary to ensure financial feasibility.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
