(1) Vendor needs to provide travel and event management services.– Determine which trip coordination and destination services (including lodging, local guides, airport transfers, transportation– Understand viable service models for a group initially estimated at 400 students and 10 staff, including scalable quantities and options for dividing the group.– Test the feasibility of the November 21–26, 2027 schedule and identify decisions or commitments that must be made early.– Develop an itinerary that provides essential group structure while preserving meaningful independent time for college students.– Identify capacity constraints, parade–specific dependencies, operational risks, customary commercial terms, and appropriate performance requirements.– Understand typical pricing models and cost drivers without relying on the preliminary cost references used during internal planning.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 19, 2026.
